Being one who loves to exercise, travel, explore and go on adventures, making sure I can do the movements required and recover from the day is very important. Feet, ankles, knees, back, and neck are common problematic areas that can be bothersome during your schedule activities. The core focus of this session is specifically designed for post-activity recovery, equipping you with additional tools and resources to alleviate pain, reduce tightness, and enhance overall mobility. Regardless of your activity preferences—be it exercise, walking, hiking, or dancing—this class caters to a wide range of interests and group sizes, including corporate gatherings and team-building sessions. Connect with me either in-person at a chosen location or through video chat (Zoom, Google Meets), where I'll guide you through sequences of movement and recovery techniques that have contributed to my longevity as a high-performance athlete. Bring your own therapy balls and foam roller at $30/person OR purchase the workshop to include the equipment at $45 to cover equipment and you take it home.
