Performance Massage Therapy

Duration: 60 minutes. Custom Exercise-based rehabilitation sessions tailored to support recovery, improve mobility, and restore optimal movement patterns. Perfect for post-injury care or performance enhancement.

Remedial Exercise Therapy

Duration: 60min. Custom A hybrid session combining manual therapy with targeted exercise rehabilitation. Designed to address pain, dysfunction, and performance limitations in a single, cohesive treatment.

Kinesiology

Being one who loves to exercise, travel, explore and go on adventures, making sure I can do the movements required and recover from the day is very important. Feet, ankles, knees, back, and neck are common problematic areas that can be bothersome during your schedule activities.

The core focus of this session is specifically designed for post-activity recovery, equipping you with additional tools and resources to alleviate pain, reduce tightness, and enhance overall mobility.

Regardless of your activity preferences—be it exercise, walking, hiking, or dancing—this class caters to a wide range of interests and group sizes, including corporate gatherings and team-building sessions.

Connect with me either in-person at a chosen location or through video chat (Zoom, Google Meets), where I'll guide you through sequences of movement and recovery techniques that have contributed to my longevity as a high-performance athlete.

The class will be $45 + tax. A Foam Roller and Ball will be provided for the class which you will be able to take it home after the workshop. If you have your own equipment, then the class is $30 + tax.
